Siluet.co, siluet.co.uk, siluet.us and Siluet (the “Website”) are operated by Siluet Group LLC (“we”, “us” and “our”). This is a limited company registered in Delaware. Our registered office is 228 Park Avenue South, PMB 40432, New York - NY Post Code: 10003.
These terms cover the website and related services in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and United Arab Emirates.
The Website and related services (including any applications which allow you to buy our products from us on mobile devices) (the "Services") are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use, and any other rules posted on our websites (“Terms”). Please read the Terms carefully before placing any orders, we recommend you should keep a copy of the Terms for future reference.
We may modify the Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Please read the Terms and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms then you must immediately stop using the Services.
Please note that these Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer. For more information about your rights contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Bureau.
- Shipping and Orders
We currently ship worldwide. Please allow between 24 hours to 5 working days (weekends and bank holidays not included) for your order to be dispatched.
Our items are shipped using DHL, FEDEX or UPS. In countries that those courier companies do not operate, a suitable replacement may be used.
For deliveries in Brazil please add your CPF number next to your name.
You agree that your order is an offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your order to us on the Terms. You agree that an order is engaging in a contract with Siluet Group LLC. All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability.
Items that are placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfil your order.
We may choose not to accept your order at our discretion for any reason without liability to you. Examples of occasions we may not accept your order are: that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment; shipping restrictions apply to a particular item or country; the item ordered is out of stock; the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn; too many of the same items were ordered, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms.
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform with their description on the website.
Please note that we may refuse to process an order that is a multiple of a single product, for example, an order for four of the same city silhouette, even though in different colours.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. This includes refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
After submitting an order to us, we will send you an order acknowledgment email. This email will include your order number, details of the items you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that this email is an acknowledgment of your order and is not an acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract of sale takes place when your order has been dispatched and we have sent you an email confirming this.
When placing an order for the first time, you may be required to or may be offered the option to register with us and complete certain required fields on an order form. Where we ask you to provide and use identifiers and passwords to access restricted parts of the Website, it is on condition that you shall be responsible for ensuring that such identifiers and passwords are kept secure and confidential at all times. You shall comply with all security directions and/or recommendations given by us and inform us immediately if you become aware or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Order status may take up to 2 hours to update after the order has been placed.
Payment will be debited from your card when your order is confirmed.
We will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
- Shipping
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your tracking number. You can track and trace your order using the link provided via email.
Order status may take up to 1 working day to update at the courier's system after the order has been placed.
A signature may be required upon delivery of your order.
Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example, an office address that has been provided for delivery.
All import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipments to the USA and UK have all duties paid.
- Returns Policy
When you place an order on siluet.co, siluet.co.uk, siluet.us you are welcome to return any item(s), provided you return them within 28 days of delivery. Sales items can not be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless the product is defective or sent in error.
Items must be returned in their original condition and in its original packaging. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
Where provided, any packaging such as nails, instructions, authenticity cards, or any printed material should be included with your return. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork.

Items sent in error will not incur the buyer in any return cost. The cost of shipping, when items are returned for whatever other reason than error/damage, is the responsibility of the purchaser.
You may return your items to us using your own shipper. Please inform us within 14 days of delivery. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain the proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. . If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates, the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of the return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Import duties are not refundable by us. Please contact your local authorities for information on import duty refunds.
Damaged items need to be reported within 14 days of the item's delivery date. Claims made after this period will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
- Payment
Payment can be made by Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay and ShopPay. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the order process on the Website. You can also use PayPal, removing the need to enter your credit card details. When you select the PayPal option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ to your PayPal account and review the total amount to pay before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once you click ‘Pay Now’ your transaction is complete and you will be returned to siluet.co.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure, we use state of the art security systems to encrypt your payment details, making it virtually impossible for them to be read over the internet.
We have the right to cancel your purchase without prior notification. Examples of occasions we may choose to cancel your purchase are: your card details have been flagged by our fraud screening processes or are declined by our fraud screening processed.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
- Canceling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order with us, but need to notify us of your decision to do so before the order is shipped. After your order has been dispatched we can only cancel/refund the order after the item(s) is returned to us
To exercise the right to cancel, please inform us by email to info@siluet.us.
On receipt of your notice of order cancellation, client services will contact you with instructions, so you can issue your refund as soon as possible.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, if you wish to cancel/refund an order already shipped.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at Light Industrial units, Phase 5, Unit C06, Dubai, United Arab Emirates PO Box 341117, and you retain the proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.
We will refund the full value of your order, including standard shipping costs if the cancelation request is received before the order is dispatched. After the dispatch the purchaser will be refunded minus any shipping cost that may have incurred.
