Shipping policy

How we ship

Every piece ships from our studio in Dubai with DHL Express.

We dispatch your order within 2 working days. DHL then delivers in about 3 to 5 working days, depending on where you are.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

DHL may ask for a signature. Anyone at the delivery address can sign, and once signed for, the parcel is delivered.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs and the free shipping threshold for your country are shown at checkout.

Import duties and taxes

United States: duties are calculated and paid at checkout. Nothing more to pay on delivery.

Everywhere else: import duties and taxes, if any, are paid to DHL on delivery. They are set by your country, not by us.

If duties are refused or left unpaid, the parcel comes back to us. We then refund the price of your piece, minus the original shipping, the return shipping and any charges DHL bills us.
