Every piece is made in our Dubai studio and sent with DHL Express. You get a tracking link the day it leaves us.

US customers pay duties at checkout, so nothing is due at the door. Everywhere else, any import charges are paid to DHL on delivery.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery. Email info@siluet.co and we will guide you.

Return shipping is yours to cover. Engraved and personalised pieces are made for you alone and cannot be returned.

Arrived damaged?

We are sorry. Email us within 48 hours with a photo of the piece and the box, and we will send a new one.
