- Refunds Policy

When you place an order on siluet.co, siluet.co.uk, siluet.me or wearesiluet.com, you are welcome to return any unused item(s), provided you return them within 14 days of delivery.

If you are based in the United States of America or the United Kingdom, you are welcome to return any unused item(s) within 30 days of purchase. 

Sale items can not be returned, refunded or exchanged, unless the product is defective or sent in error.

Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returned items that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

Where provided, any packaging such as nails, instructions, authenticity cards, or any printed material should be included with your return. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form if applicable. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any returns paperwork.

Items sent in error or that have arrived damaged will not incur any return cost for the buyer. Please inform us via info@siluet.co within 14 days of delivery. The cost of shipping, when items are returned for any reason other than error/damage, is the responsibility of the purchaser.

The cost of international shipping incurred for items returned due to non-payment of import duties will not be refunded.  Duties and taxes paid to local authorities are not refundable by us; please contact them directly.

You may return your items to us using your own shipper. Please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We recommend that you insure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain the proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss of any item(s) you have chosen to return.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency.

Due to fluctuations in currency rates, the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid.

Upon receipt of the return, we shall process the refund within three working days. Please allow the time required by your financial institution for the amount to be credited to the original payment method. This may take up to 10 working days.
