How long does it take to deliver my order?

Normal delivery takes 7 to 8 business days, depending on your location. We also offer express shipping that takes 4 to 5 business days.

What are the skylines made of?

Our skylines are made of high-quality recycled acrylic.

Its not only a sustainable material but it also allows us to laser cut the most intricate details.

What should I do if there is a problem with my product?

Please notify our customer service about your problem via email at: info@siluet.co and we will help you.

Do you do custom cities?

We design each of our skylines by hand, they take between 14 to 20 days to be made, therefore we can't do custom items, unless its a wholesale project.

The good part: we are often launching new cities and we choose them via popular request
